We had some technical phone issues that day, and background noise made the call even more difficult. Situations like that are very rare (you may well be the first to encounter one), and I appreciate you letting us know. Regarding recordings — like most professional offices, we may record calls for quality and training purposes. Our system normally provides notice at the start of the call, and I apologize if you didn’t hear it. Those recordings remain strictly confidential and are protected by attorney–client privilege. We value feedback like yours because it helps us improve. The law office of John Redmann, was very concerned about me and making sure I received a fare amount for my accident and was satisfied. They even took less of a commission so I could receive more. They were also, very friendly while still remaining professional. They did a great job overall.

Your calls are recorded without them telling you, which is an infringement on the client. The receptionist told me I'm not bring recorded and rudely transferred me over to an associate. I hung up. Associate calls and says she listened to my recorded line from the receptionist despite the receptionist saying I'm not bring recorded. Then the associate says this is a recorded line when I asked her and she says you should've known that. The automated system doesn't say it. They're asking for a law suit.
